Factions

AOF features two distinct factions: the Rangers and the Berserks, each with unique strengths and strategic benefits. Players can select their preferred faction by choosing a Commander from that faction. By default, beginners start with a Commander from the Rangers faction, offering a balanced introduction to the game's mechanics. Faction determines players' card pool in the game.
